In October 2009, I was invited to join St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, CA, as an RN involved in our Magnet re-designation. A mishap befell when massive amounts of Magnet documentation toppled over and flattened me. Fortunately, the St. Joseph Hospital team encouraged me to continue to be involved with our Magnet Journey. Maggie attends ENA workshop with Christine Marshall
Christine Marshall, RN, invited me to attend an item writing workshop for certification exams. The meeting was held in Wilmington, Delaware. I met lots of her colleagues and at the conclusion of the two day meeting in January, I couldn't wait to get back to sunny California!
